Return and exchange policy

Return and exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase

Conditions for the return or exchange of purchases

The product must be in its sealed packaging and in the same original condition when purchased.

In the event of return or replacement, the customer must deliver the item to any of our branches while adhering to the conditions above -

Or, if you want to receive the item, the delivery costs will be added

The customer can choose to recover the value of his purchases or exchange it for another product.


To retrieve the value of purchases made by credit cards, the amount will be refunded through the bank account

To the customer, within fourteen (14) business days, and the customer must follow the payment procedures through his bank branch

Purchases not covered by the return and exchange policy

Malfunctions and damages resulting from misuse -

Non-conformity of the product upon receipt with the product stated in the purchase invoice.
