Warranty and After-Sales Service

Welcome to TaMiMi Projects. We provide after-sales support according to the product type and the warranty terms set by the authorized agent, distributor, or manufacturer.

Warranty

The warranty type and duration are shown on each product page. If no warranty is mentioned in the product details, the product is considered not covered by warranty, unless otherwise required by law or the authorized agent.

For products covered by an official agent warranty, warranty service is handled through the authorized agent or service center according to the manufacturer’s policy.

The warranty may be linked to the product serial number, and the service center may request the invoice or order number as proof of purchase.

Products Without Official Warranty

Some products may not include an official agent warranty. When available, this will be stated on the product page.

TaMiMi Projects may assist the customer by directing them to suitable service centers or trusted repair partners. Fees may apply depending on the case and product type.

Warranty Requirements

To benefit from warranty service, the customer must provide the order number or invoice, the product serial number if available, and the issue must fall within the warranty terms set by the authorized agent or manufacturer.

The product must not have been exposed to misuse or damage outside the scope of manufacturing defects.

Cases Where Warranty Becomes Invalid

The warranty becomes invalid in the following cases:

Misuse.

Breakage or damage caused by the customer.

Exposure to water or liquids.

Opening or repairing the product by an unauthorized party.

Using unsuitable accessories.

Damaged or removed serial number.

Failure to follow operating or usage instructions.

Expiry of the product warranty period.

Maintenance and Repair

Products covered by an official agent warranty will be directed to the authorized service center in Qatar according to the agent’s or manufacturer’s policy.

Inspection or repair time may vary depending on the product condition and the service center. The customer will be informed of the expected timeframe when available.

If the warranty has expired or the product is not covered by an official warranty, we may assist the customer in finding suitable repair solutions. Inspection or repair fees may apply depending on the case.

Replacement Under Warranty

A product is not automatically replaced simply because it has a fault. Replacement is only provided if a manufacturing defect is confirmed after technical inspection by the authorized agent, service center, or relevant party.
