Return & Exchange Policy

Customers are entitled to return or exchange their purchases within seven (7) days from the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

Return & Exchange Conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and sealed in its original packaging as received at the time of purchase.
  • Customers must deliver the product to one of our branches to initiate the return or exchange process, ensuring compliance with the above conditions.
  • If the customer requests pickup service, an additional delivery fee will be applied.
  • Customers may choose to receive a refund or exchange their purchase for another product.

Important Notes:

  • For purchases made using credit cards, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account within fourteen (14) business days. The customer must follow up on the refund process with their respective bank branch.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Products that have been damaged or malfunctioned due to misuse.
  • Products that do not match the purchase invoice at the time of delivery.
  • All purchases that include digital codes or prepaid recharge cards.
